Springing Forward and a Quick Look Back

Opus (ceiling design) ink on Claybord, 1000mm x 1000mm original, approx 39"x39". (15ft diameter installed)

Before I spring forward into new things, I wanted to take a step back and highlight a project I just finished for P&O Cruises. For this particular ship, I created several large original pieces for the dining room, designed a 15ft diameter ceiling for the wine bar and also designed several large vertical wall panels to be placed throughout the ship. I like to fancy my work sailing the high seas! It was both an intellectually and physically challenging project and I am grateful for all I learned during the process of creating this body of work. The imagery was inspired by how light cascades across fallen leaves and the patterns created by drops of water. Once I obtain installation images, I will share them in social media.

In other news, I created a new public Instagram account where I feature available works daily. I'd love to connect with you there.

My website has been updated with new work for 2019. And, the online store is current in case you need to add something to your collection or next interior design project.

Thank you for your interest and support! I could not continue to do what I do without your help and words of encouragement and for that, I am very grateful.

Warm regards,

Andrea
